Offset Bell Valve
Introduction:
The valve has small volume, no ash in the bearing, good lubrication performance, long service life, and is suitable for small volume and large diameter special equipment on coal injection system.
The valve plug is driven by a pneumatic device to complete the opening and closing action. It is suitable for automatic control and remote operation. The sealing part is a soft rubber seal. This valve is used in the control of pulverized coal delivery in the coal injection system of smelting blast furnaces. Due to the offset of the valve plate when fully opened, the medium does not scour the valve plate.
It has the characteristics of no dust entering the bearing, good sealing performance, long service life, sensitive action and reliability. It is an ideal equipment for interception and sealing on the injection tank and intermediate tank in the blast furnace coal injection system. With a unique spherical offset structure, the medium will not scour and wear the sealing surface, and the effective diameter is large.
Features:
1. The locking spherical offset bell valve is composed of valve body assembly, hopper assembly, spherical bell body, valve shaft and self-locking mechanism.
2. The spherical surface of the clock body is a stainless steel sealing surface, which is corrosion-resistant and reliable in sealing. The sealing ring is made of fluorine rubber or silicone rubber, which is resistant to high temperature and has a long service life.
3. The new self-locking mechanism, when the valve is closed or opened, the self-locking mechanism locks the spherical bell body, even if a certain component such as the gas (oil) circuit, gas (oil) cylinder, and piston fails, it will not work. It will affect the shut-off and sealing effect of the bell valve.

5. When the spherical bell body and the sealing surface of the sealing ring are worn out during use and the valve is removed, the self-locking mechanism can be adjusted to an appropriate position.
6. There is an inspection and repair hole on the valve body, which is usually sealed by a stuffy cover. When there is a fault inside the valve, do not remove the valve from the official road. Just open the inspection hole cover to repair or replace the internal parts of the valve. It brings great convenience to equipment maintenance work.
7. The bell valve can be controlled by pneumatic, hydraulic and electric, manual operation on site, or centralized control at long distance.
