Pressure Seal Globe valve
Introduction:
Due to the special performance, technical characteristics and working conditions, the products also have features that other products cannot replace. The valve quality is measured by the following indicators: sealing reliability, action response ability, strength, stiffness and life. Considering the valve as the basic unit in the whole thermal equipment system, there are requirements for fluid structure coupling vibration and vibration control. To ensure these indicators, the following major problems need to be solved first.
Characteristic:
1. The middle chamber of the valve adopts a pressure self tightening sealing structure, and the higher the pressure of the inner chamber, the better the sealing performance.
2. The two ends of the branch pipe are butt welded to meet the requirements of different connecting pipes.
3. Wear resistance, high temperature resistance, good scratch resistance and long service life.
4. The stuffing box of the valve cover is reasonable, the packing is added with corrosion inhibitor, the sealing is reliable, and the switch is stable.
5. The valve has an upper sealing structure to ensure that the valve stem will not leak when the valve is opened for operation.
