Electric Globe Valve
Introduction:
Electric stop valve is composed of electric actuator and stop valve. Electric stop valve is a relatively new type of gate valve. It has some advantages of its own structure, such as no friction on the switch, no wear on the seal, and small opening and closing torque. This will reduce the size of the actuator. Equipped with a multi turn electric actuator, the medium can be adjusted and cut off tightly. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, urban water supply and drainage and other working conditions requiring strict cut-off.
Structural characteristics:
1 .The product is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB12235, with reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance and beautiful appearance.
2. The sealing surfaces of the valve clack and valve seat are made of iron base alloy surfacing or stellite drill base hardfacing, with wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good scratch resistance and long service life.
3. The valve rod has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance after quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment.
4. Various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be used to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.
5. The valve body materials are complete. The packing and gasket can be reasonably selected according to the actual working conditions or user requirements, and can be applied to various pressure, temperature and medium working conditions.
6. The back seal is made of threaded connection seal seat or austenitic stainless steel body by overlaying. The seal is reliable. The replacement of filler can be carried out conveniently and quickly without affecting the system operation without stopping the machine.
