High Pressure Globe Valve
Introduction:
Purpose of high pressure stop valve. It is installed on the high-pressure water and steam pipes and used as the opening and closing device. The valve must be fully open or closed and cannot be used as a regulating valve.
Structural advantages:
1. The valve body and bonnet are connected by threads and keys.
2. The valve adopts pressure self tightening sealing structure, and the sealing ring is formed flexible graphite ring. The higher the medium pressure, the better the sealing performance.
3. The valve seat is embedded into the valve body, and the plane is sealed. The sealing surface of the valve seat and the valve clack is made of cobalt based cemented carbide by plasma spray welding, with good wear resistance and scratch resistance. The valve stem surface is treated with anti-corrosion and nitriding.
4. It can be installed on any position of the pipeline, and the medium flow direction is from bottom to top (positive flow).
