Water Plant Ball Valve
Introduction:
The valve is composed of high-precision pneumatic actuator and precision casting ball valve.
Mainly divided into two categories: pneumatic soft sealing ball valve (≤200°) and pneumatic hard sealing ball valve (≤550°). Pneumatic ball valve has the advantages of compact structure, small size, reliable operation, low flow resistance coefficient, good sealing performance, easy maintenance, convenient installation and strong adaptability.
Pneumatic ball valve can be equipped with travel limit switch, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve and 0.4-0.7MPa air source to realize switch operation, and send two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate valve switch. Stainless steel pneumatic ball valve is especially suitable for occasions where the medium is viscous, contains particles and fibers.
Features:
1. The fluid resistance is small. The ball valve is a kind of fluid resistance among all valves. Even the reduced diameter ball valve has a relatively small fluid resistance.
2. The thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve stem, which makes the long-term operation of the valve stem balanced and flexible.
3. The valve seat has good sealing performance. The sealing ring made of PTFE and other materials is easy to seal in structure, and the sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure.
4. The valve stem is sealed reliably. Since the valve stem only rotates and does not move up and down, the packing seal of the valve stem is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing capacity increases with the increase of the pressure of the medium.
5. Since PTFE and other materials have good self-lubrication, the friction loss with the ball is small, and the service life of the ball valve is long.
6. Bottom-mounted stem and stem head convex steps prevent the stem from being ejected. If the stem seal is damaged due to fire, metal contact can be formed between the convex step and the valve body to ensure the stem seal.
Applications:
The valve is suitable for various pipelines of PN1.0MPa~PN10.0MPa, used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline, and different materials can be selected. It can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea and so on.
This product is widely used in automation control systems in papermaking, petrochemical, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, environmental protection, petroleum, light industry and other industrial sectors.
