Pneumatic V type Ball Valve
Introduction:
Pneumatic V-type ball valve is a hard sealed, PTFE sealed regulating ball valve. It adopts a movable valve seat structure loaded with leaf spring, and the valve seat and ball will not be stuck or separated, with reliable sealing and long service life. The V-shaped ball valve core is designed as a V-shaped notch with a special switch, which has large flow capacity, small pressure loss, accurate flow closure characteristics and control functions, and the flow characteristics are approximate percentages.
Structural characteristics:
1. Excellent regulation characteristics: V-ball valve has an approximate percentage of inherent flow characteristics and an adjustable ratio of up to 300:1. Therefore, V-ball valve can provide accurate control within a wide range of changes.
2. Flow volume: due to its streamline shape and full right angle rotation control, the volume value is particularly high, the flow capacity is particularly large, and the flow resistance is small.
3. V-ball valve adopts double bearing structure, with high mechanical stability and small starting torque, ensuring good sensitivity and induction speed of the valve.
4. Reliability: the valve body is a whole, solid and durable, and the operation is not affected by the pipeline pressure, and the valve body leakage can be avoided.
5. Super shearing capacity: V-shaped ball valve adopts metal hard sealing structure. During the rotation of V-shaped ball valve core and metal valve seat, V-shaped notch and valve seat produce a strong shearing capacity to cut off impurities such as fiber, and have self-cleaning function to avoid valve jamming.
