Side Mounted Soft Seal Fixed Ball Valve
Introduction:
Side mounted fixed ball valve adopts two piece or three piece split side mounted design, which conforms to API6D standard. The operating temperature is – 46~200 ℃, which is especially suitable for the fluid control of large diameter and high pressure pipelines. This series of fixed ball valves have the functions of double blocking and relief. The fire tests of this series of valves according to API 607 and API 6FA have passed the Lloyd’s certification.

1. The main valve body, auxiliary valve body, gland and other main parts of the product are formed by casting, which has the advantages of light weight and lower cost than forged steel valves.
2. The movable metal valve seat structure preloaded by cylindrical spring or wave spring is adopted. The design of sealing preload is reasonable, and the opening and closing are flexible, effectively ensuring the reliability of sealing.
3. The ball is made of wear-resistant alloy powder by super British speed spraying, and the valve seat is made of Stellite hard alloy by surfacing and other wear-resistant alloy materials by spraying.
4. The sealing surface is finely polished, and the sealing is reliable and guaranteed.
5. Full bore runner design, small flow resistance, large flow capacity.
6. Anti fly out design of valve rod, safe and reliable, anti-static function can be designed according to requirements.
7. The design of automatic pressure relief valve seat enables the valve seat to automatically discharge to the low pressure end in case of abnormal pressure rise in the middle chamber of the valve body, which is safer.
8. The upper and lower valve stems are designed with bearing structure, so the torque is lighter during opening and closing.
9. Multiple drive modes: manual, worm gear drive, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, pneumatic hydraulic linkage, etc; It can also be used together with the automation of transportation control.
