Telescopic Butterfly Valve
Introduction:
At present, as a component used to realize on-off and flow control of pipeline system, telescopic butterfly valve has been widely used in many fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, hydropower and so on. In the well-known butterfly valve technology, the sealing form is mostly the sealing structure, and the sealing materials are rubber, PTFE, etc. Due to the limitation of structural characteristics, it is not suitable for high temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other industries. The existing advanced butterfly valve is a tri eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve. The valve body and valve seat are integral components, and the sealing surface layer of valve seat is welded with heat resistant and corrosion resistant alloy materials. The multi-layer soft laminated seal ring is fixed on the valve plate. Compared with the traditional butterfly valve, this butterfly valve has the advantages of high temperature resistance, easy operation, no friction when opening and closing, and compensation seal with the torque of the transmission mechanism when closing, which improves the sealing performance of the butterfly valve and extends its service life.
Working principle:
Telescopic butterfly valve is a kind of valve that uses a round butterfly plate as the opening and closing part and turns with the valve stem to open, close and regulate the fluid channel. The butterfly plate of the telescopic butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipe. In the cylindrical channel of the telescopic butterfly valve body, the disc shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis with a rotation angle of 0 °~90 °. When it rotates to 90 °, the valve is fully open.
