G41FS-6S Plastic Diaphragm Valve
Introduction:
Plastic diaphragm valve is a special type of block valve. The difference between plastic diaphragm valve and other valves is that: the structure without stuffing box is adopted; The rubber diaphragm can isolate the corrosive medium in the flow passage from all the driving parts, thus eliminating the disadvantages of “running, emitting, dripping, leaking” and so on of common valves.
Scope of use and structural features:
1. It is applicable to the transportation of corrosive media, closure and flow regulation. The temperature that UPVC can withstand is – 20 ℃~80 ℃.
2. The flow passage parts are assembled with UPVC injection molded parts, which have excellent corrosion resistance, convenient operation and light weight, and can replace stainless steel valves.
3. The seal diaphragm is made of F46 or PFA, with folding resistance ≥ 1200 times and corrosion resistance equivalent to F4.
4. Screw lifting structure is adopted, with large opening and closing torque and good stability.
Installation and use of diaphragm valve:
1. When connecting flanges at both ends with the pipeline, tighten the bolts evenly to prevent flange deformation and leakage.
2. Turn the handle clockwise to close, and vice versa.
3. The opening degree can be judged according to the indicator position.
