    Spring Full Opening Safety Valve

    Introduction:

    Spring full lift safety valve is applicable to equipment and pipelines with working temperature – 196 ° C~538 ° C for air, petroleum gas, liquid and other media. A42Y-P type and A42Y-R type are applicable to equipment and pipelines with corrosive medium operating temperature – 196 ° C~538 ° C as overpressure protection device. The connecting flange shall comply with JB/T…… – 94 series 1. ≥ 6.4 MPa according to JB/T…… – 94 series 2.

    Structure description:

    1. The spring full lift safety valve is characterized by simple structure, good sealing performance, accurate opening pressure, large discharge capacity, small reseating pressure difference, and convenient adjustment.
    2. Spring full lift safety valve nozzle type valve seat: the valve seat is a valve nozzle type valve seat. When the steam flows through the outlet of the valve seat, it reaches the sound speed. The discharge coefficient is large. The sealing surface of the valve seat is welded with cobalt chromium tungsten carbide, which is wear-resistant, erosion resistant and has a long service life.
    3. Thermoelastic valve disc: the valve disc is designed as a thermal elastic structure, which uses its small deformation under the medium pressure to improve the sealing ability and overcome the forward leakage phenomenon when the safety valve is near the set pressure under the medium pressure. The sealing surface of the valve clack adopts advanced laser quenching technology to improve the hardness, wear resistance and impact resistance.
    4. Adjusting nut: by adjusting the adjusting nut and adjusting the spring compression, the valve can easily and quickly obtain accurate set pressure.
    5. Back pressure adjusting sleeve: It is an auxiliary mechanism for adjusting the back pressure of the valve clack. Through the adjustment of the back pressure adjusting sleeve, a suitable reseating differential pressure can be obtained. The back pressure of the valve is reduced when the valve is raised. When the valve is lowered, the back pressure of the valve is increased.
