Full Bore Eccentric Half Ball Valve
Working Principle:
The working principle of full diameter eccentric half ball valve is to drive the valve shaft to rotate 90° with the help of a driving mechanism. At this point, the eccentric disc (hemisphere) fixed to the valve shaft rotates 90° synchronously. Clockwise rotation, eccentric disc into the seat, eccentric action under the formation of wedge mechanism. The disc gradually compresses the seat to seal and close the valve. When rotating counterclockwise, the eccentric disc is quickly out of the seat, rotate 90°, the valve is fully open.
Features:
1. Solve the problems of slurry, mixed-flow liquid, dust and other media in industrial production that are precipitated, easily scaled, blocked, and the valve is not tightly closed during pipeline transportation.
2. The switch is light, the ball is separated from the shell when turned on, without any contact, the starting torque is small, and the rotation is flexible. When closed, the squeezing action of the hemisphere and the valve seat can remove the dirt on the sealing surface, so that the valve can be opened and closed smoothly, with high safety factor and good sealing performance.
3. The eccentric structure of the sealing surface enables the spherical surface to automatically compensate for wear, maintain the sealing of the valve, and has a long service life.
4. The T type of the valve is a wear-resistant hard-sealed ball valve. Its sealing material is special, and the sealing surface must undergo special wear-resistant treatment.
5. There are two kinds of valve surface paint, normal temperature and high temperature. Imported paint with a temperature resistance of 600 °C for high temperature use. After spraying, high temperature use will not burn the paint, carbonization, and coking. Does not discolor.
