Stainless Steel Drain Valve
Introduction:
The stainless steel drain valve is installed between the steam heating equipment and the condensate return header. At the beginning, the barrel is at the bottom and the valve is fully open. The condensate flows to the bottom of the barrel after entering the drain valve, fills the whole valve body, and then the liquid completely submerges the barrel, and then the condensate is discharged to the return header through the fully open valve. The steam can also enter the trap from the bottom of the barrel to occupy the top of the barrel and generate buoyancy. Slowly raise the can body and gradually move the lever towards the valve seat until * closes the valve. The air and carbon dioxide gas are gathered at the top of the drain valve through the vent hole of the can body. The steam discharged from the vent will be condensed due to the heat dissipation of the trap.
Structural features of stainless steel drain valve:
1. Continuous drainage, stable performance, large drainage and small leakage.
2. Continuous saturated water can be drained to make the equipment condensate have less stagnant water, fast temperature rise and stable heating temperature.
3. There is an automatic cooling air exhaust device, without steam lock, and there is no noise in working balance.
4. The internal parts are all stainless steel, corrosion resistant, wear resistant and have a long service life.
5. The free floating ball is the main floating part of the valve, which is made of stainless steel high-precision grinding round floating ball.
