Steam Drain Valve
Introduction:
The function of steam trap (referred to as drain valve) is to automatically discharge non condensable gas such as steam condensate and air from heating equipment or steam pipeline without leaking steam. As the steam trap has the function of blocking steam and draining water, it can make the steam heating equipment supply heat evenly, and make full use of the steam latent heat to prevent water hammer in the steam pipeline.

1. The built-in automatic air exhaust device can exhaust the air close to the saturated steam temperature, effectively solve the air resistance and improve the equipment starting efficiency.
2. Even when the condensate load changes, it can also continuously tap the condensate to ensure the temperature required by the process.
3. The two valve plates of the balanced double valve seat have the same force area and opposite direction, which can reduce the critical opening force of the valve seat and achieve small volume and large displacement.
4. The valve seat is designed to be located under the water surface to form a water seal, which will not leak steam even under the load condition.
5. Internal parts can be replaced online and impurities can be cleaned online, which is convenient for maintenance.
6. There is no built-in filter screen, and a filter shall be added at the front of the drain valve during installation.
