Introduction:

The fluid first passes through the sleeve window for the first stage throttling, and then passes through the three continuous cascade throttling. The pressure difference is large, the sealing is good, the fluid channel is streamlined S, the flow rate is large, and the dynamic stability of the regulating valve is good. Step by step fluid depressurization, fluid direction constantly changes, increase flow resistance, control flow rate, prevent air damage.
Advantages:
The structure of the components in the valve is novel, and the sleeve throttling is used to effectively control the flow rate of about 30m/s. The throttle surface is separated from the sealing surface of the seat to effectively protect the sealing surface, with excellent sealing performance and long service life.
The components in the valve are made of high strength stainless steel, the surface of the parts has been hardened, the hardness can reach HRC70 or so, and the anti-erosion ability is strong. The spool adopts pressure balance structure to reduce the unbalanced force of fluid acting on the spool.
Application:
The valve is one of the important electric multi-stage throttle valve of the feed water system of the boiler in the thermal power plant. It can also be applied to the automatic control system of petrochemical industry and other industries to control the high-pressure differential fluid. It can be equipped with electric actuator and pneumatic actuator.
