Introduction:

The use environment of the throttle valve should pay attention to the large flow adjustment range, small flow differential pressure change, small internal leakage and small adjusting torque.

Characteristics:

The characteristics of needle throttle valve include simple structure, easy maintenance, low manufacturing cost, but the throttle adjustment precision is not high, difficult to use as a regulating valve, and because the medium flow rate between the valve disc and the valve seat is high, prone to cavitation phenomenon, so the parts need to use cavitation resistant materials, and not suitable for cutting the medium.
