Flange Throttle Valve

Introduction:

Flange throttle valve refers to the valve that controls or adjusts the medium flow and pressure by changing the channel area. The throttle valve is mainly used for throttling in the pipeline. The common throttle valve is to use the globe valve to change the shape of the disc for throttling. However, it is very inappropriate to change the opening height of the stop valve or gate valve for throttling, because the medium in the throttling state of high flow rate, will inevitably make the sealing surface erosion wear, lose the cutting sealing effect. It is also inappropriate to use throttle as a cutting device.

Features:

Flow adjustment range is large, flow – pressure difference changes smooth;

The amount of internal leakage is small, if there is an external leakage port, the amount of external leakage should be small;

Small adjusting torque, sensitive action.
