Adjustable Throttle Valve
Introduction:
The adjustable throttle valve, commonly known as the oil nozzle, is a part of the wellhead device and is used to regulate and control the flow of wellhead fluid. It consists of body, seat, stem, cover and scale sleeve, hand wheel.
Technical specifications are based on nominal size, rated working pressure, material grade, temperature grade and performance grade.
Features:
Adjustable throttle valve depends on stem and seat to adjust the flow of fluid, not like gate valve as a closing valve.
The pressure control parts of hard alloy are more resistant to erosion than ordinary materials and have a long service life.
Can be designed according to user needs double flange, thread or by the siren connection; Easy maintenance, easy to replace the damaged pressure control parts on site;
Stem seals are designed to cover all pressure levels, temperature ranges, and all fluid environments that can be encountered in wellhead and manifold environments.
