Cast Steel Knife Gate Valve
Introduction:
Cast steel knife gate valve is also known as cast steel knife gate valve. The valve body is made of cast steel, which has the advantages of compact structure, reasonable design, light material saving, reliable sealing, light and flexible operation, small volume, smooth channel, small flow resistance, light weight, easy installation and disassembly. It can work normally under working pressure of 0.6MPa-1.6MPa and operating temperature of – 29-550 ℃. The gate plate of the knife gate valve has the shearing function, which can scrape the adhesive on the sealing surface and automatically remove the debris. The stainless steel gate plate can prevent the seal leakage caused by corrosion.
Scope of application:
The cast steel knife gate valve is applicable to the professional pipeline systems of coal preparation, ash discharge, slag discharge, urban sewage treatment, food, health, medicine, etc. of the mine power plant. The ultra-thin knife gate valve, with its advantages of small volume, small flow resistance, light weight, easy installation and disassembly, completely solves the difficult problems of large flow resistance, large weight, difficult installation and large floor area of ordinary gate valve, flat gate valve, ball valve, globe valve, regulating valve, butterfly valve and other valves. After the appearance of knife gate valve, a large number of universal shut-off valves and regulating valves have been replaced.
