Introduction:

The electric knife gate valve adopts a full round channel design, and the bottom end of the knife plate is processed into a blade, with high smoothness and good sealing. Hard polytetrafluoroPTFE and mud scraper are installed at the upper end of the knife plate to prevent dust, gravel and other abrasive substances from entering the stuffing box. The wear-resistant flanging cone made of polyester or Ni-containing wear-resistant cast iron is installed at the inlet end of the electric slurry valve, which can prevent particles from washing directly on the seal, thus improving the working conditions and extending the service life. As required, multiple scour holes can be set around the valve body, which can be directly flushed with air, steam or water to prevent the gradual accumulation of sediment, especially suitable for the fluid with difficulty in input. The valve is compact in design, small in space, light in weight, easy to install, complete in anti-wear and anti-blocking measures, easy to maintain and long in service life. The electric slurry gate valve is widely used in paper making, pulp industry, industrial sewage and urban sewage treatment, chemical plants, fly ash treatment, bulk material transportation, food and beverage industry and under harsh environmental conditions.
