Power Station Extraction Check Valve

Introduction:

Power station extraction check valve is also known as quick closing check valve or quick closing valve. This valve is mainly used for emergency check and steam turbine pipeline system of the power plant. In case of sudden pressure loss of the steam turbine, it can be closed within 0.5 ~ 1s to prevent steam and condensate backflow in the pipeline system from causing damage to the steam turbine.

Feature:

The valve disc is inclined at a large angle to shorten the opening and closing stroke, and is assisted by gas (liquid) pressure to achieve rapid closing. The large eccentric metal sealing structure, combined with the valve disc receiving the closing thrust of gas (liquid) pressure, achieves the purpose of stop and check. Three dimensional eccentric sealing structure, opening the seal means separation, and closing the contact means sealing.
