Electric Bellows Globe Valve
Introduction:
The electric bellows globe valve adopts a double bellows sealing structure, which has the characteristics of no external leakage and no internal leakage, and is suitable for high-risk places with steam, flammable, explosive, heat transfer oil, high-purity, and toxic media. Compared with ordinary globe valves, the electric bellows globe valve has no contact with the medium at high temperature, ensuring zero leakage of the valve stem, while ensuring sufficient strength and toughness, longer service life, and can be opened and closed tens of thousands of times.
Features:
1. The bellows seal structure is adopted, and the seal is changed to a static seal, which greatly improves the sealing performance.
2. Double sealing is realized, the stainless steel bellows protects the seal, and the valve stem packing protects the seal. If the bellows fails, the valve stem packing will also avoid leakage.
3. The valve has no leakage under the conditions of high temperature, high pressure and strong medium penetration.
4. The outer seal of the valve adopts bellows seal and graphite, stainless steel gasket seal, the seal is reliable, and there is no need to replace the seal packing for long-term use.
5. The valve has no external leakage or internal leakage, which reduces energy loss and improves the safety of factory equipment.
