High Prassure Power Station Globe Valve
Introduction:
It is applicable to cut off or connect the pipeline medium in various systems of petroleum, chemical, hydraulic and thermal power plants with nominal pressure of PN20~32MPa and P54/100V-P57/170V and working temperature of ≤ 540 ℃ (including P57/170V working temperature of 570 ℃). The applicable medium is water, oil, steam, etc. Operation modes include: manual, gear transmission, electric, etc.
Main features and uses:
1. The connection between valve and pipeline adopts welded structure.
2. The sealing surface is not easy to wear, scratch, good sealing performance and long service life.
3. Compact structure, good opening and closing performance, small height and convenient maintenance.
4. It is applicable to water, steam and oil pipelines and has the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure resistance.
Technical standards for manufacturing acceptance:
1. Technical conditions for manufacturing acceptance shall comply with JB/T3595 or E101.
2. The length of valve structure shall be in accordance with ANSI B16.10 or E101.
3. The welding groove of valve body shall be in accordance with ANSI B16.25 or the size provided by the user.
