Pneumatic Valve
Introduction:
Pneumatic valve is a valve driven by compressed air. When purchasing pneumatic valves, only the specification, category and working pressure are specified to meet the purchase requirements, which can be used to control the flow of various types of fluids such as air, water, steam, various corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metal and radioactive media. It is not perfect in the current market economy environment. For the sake of product competition, manufacturers of pneumatic valves have made different innovations under the concept of unified design of pneumatic valves, forming their own enterprise standards and product personality. Therefore, it is necessary to put forward technical requirements in detail when purchasing pneumatic valves, and coordinate with the manufacturer to reach a consensus as an annex to the pneumatic valve purchase contract. This type of valve shall be installed horizontally in the pipeline.
Working principle:
Use the characteristics of compressed air to push multiple groups of combined pneumatic pistons in the actuator to move, transfer force to the beam and inner curve track, drive the air core spindle to rotate, and the compressed air disc is sent to each cylinder to change the inlet and outlet positions to change the spindle rotation direction. According to the requirements of the rotating torque required by the load (valve), the number of cylinder combinations can be adjusted to drive the load (valve) to work.
The two position five way solenoid valve is usually used together with the double acting pneumatic actuator. The two positions are controllable: open close. The five way solenoid valve has five channels for ventilation, one of which is connected with the air source, two of which are connected with the inlet and outlet of the external air chamber of the double acting cylinder, and two of which are connected with the inlet and outlet of the internal air chamber. For the specific working principle, refer to the working principle of the double acting pneumatic actuator. As there are more and more control methods and means, there are many methods to control pneumatic actuators in actual industrial production and industrial control, and the following are commonly used.
