Ball Valve for Natural Gas
Introduction:
Ball valves for natural gas are used in oil, natural gas, coal and ore mining, refining and processing and pipeline transportation systems; In chemical products, medicine and food production; In the power production system of hydropower, thermal power and nuclear power; In the water supply and drainage, heat supply and gas supply systems of cities and industrial enterprises; In the drainage and irrigation system of farmland; It is widely used in the gold production system and is an important mechanical product closely related to production construction, national defense construction and people’s life. The ball valve is sealed in various pipeline systems to cut off or connect the medium flow, so that the medium can be transported to each designated point according to the predetermined procedure.
Features and advantages:
1. The manual part can adopt steel plate pressed handle or stainless steel cast handle. The handle is equipped with a limit structure to set the limit at the opening and closing positions of the valve. When the valve is used on the key device, the limit block is equipped with a lock hole to lock the switch position to avoid misoperation. The handle has obvious opening and closing signs.
2. The valve rod is integrally forged and modulated with A182F (1Cr13), and its hardness reaches HB220~250. The valve rod is connected with the handle through a flat key, spline or square wedge, which has strong versatility and is convenient for disassembly and assembly. The valve rod is equipped with anti-blowing structure.
3. The packing of the valve is braided, flexible graphite sealing ring or tetrafluoroethylene sealing ring, so that the valve rod can be reliably sealed under certain lubrication conditions.
4. As required, the ball valve can be designed as an anti-static structure, and a conductive spring is set between the ball and the valve rod, and between the valve rod and the valve body to prevent the ignition of flammable substances by static electricity and ensure the safety of the system.
5. The sealing pair has various forms. Soft seal, hard seal, fireproof valve seat and other structures can be selected according to different working conditions; Below DN150 is the floating ball type, and below DN200 is the fixed ball type.
6. An auxiliary sealing structure can be set at the valve seat of the ball valve, and a grease filling valve can be installed at the valve seat and valve rod, which can be temporarily sealed in case of emergency, and the valve rod can be lengthened as required to fit the place for buried laying.
