Forged Steel Gate Valve for Petrochemical Industry
Introduction:
Flange forged steel gate valve. It is widely used as the opening and closing device for connecting or cutting off the medium in the oil and steam pipelines of petroleum, chemical, hydraulic and thermal power plants. It is applicable to the pipeline system with the nominal pressure of PN1.6~16.0MPa and the working temperature of ≤ – 29 ℃~550 ℃ as the medium for cutting off or connecting the pipeline. Applicable media: water, oil, steam, acid, alkali, ammonia, urea, sulfur-containing natural gas, etc. Operation modes include: manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, etc.
Product features:
1. The higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal.
2. The outlet flow channel of the valve body has reasonable structure, no slag, flexible opening and closing, and no jamming.
3. The valve stem is subject to quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment – it has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
4. The sealing surface of the gate and the valve seat is made of hard alloy surfacing, with high sealing hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good scratch resistance and long service life.
