High Temperature Floating Ball Valve
Introduction:
The floating ball valve is applicable to various pipelines of class150 ~ class1500, PN16 ~ PN100, JIS 10K ~ JIS 20K. It is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Different materials are selected and can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea and other media. This product can be widely used in the automatic control system of paper, petrochemical, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, environmental protection, petroleum, light industry and other industrial departments.
The floating ball valve has two structural forms: full bore and reduced bore. The ball valve on the pipeline used for conveying viscous and slagging medium shall be of full diameter, which is convenient for the passage of regular wax scraping and purging device. The reduced diameter ball valve should be used on the pipeline used for conveying gas or medium with physical properties similar to water, because its weight is about 30% lighter than that of the full-diameter ball valve, which is conducive to reducing the pipeline load and reducing the cost. The driving mode of floating ball valve is manual, worm gear drive, pneumatic, electric or hydraulic.
