Adjustable Safety Valve
Introduction:
The adjustable safety valve is mainly used in situations where the temperature exceeds 110 ℃ and the takeoff pressure changes frequently, such as mold temperature machine, heating equipment, heat exchange station and other equipment. The takeoff pressure of the adjustable safety valve is 1-8bar, which can be adjusted at will, and can withstand high temperature of 180 ℃. The caliber DN15-DN80 is complete.
Install:
1. Adjustable safety valves shall be installed vertically generally, but adjustable safety valves installed in liquid pipelines, heat exchangers, vessels, etc. can be installed horizontally in places where the pressure may rise due to thermal expansion after the valve is closed.
2. The adjustable safety valve shall be installed as close as possible to the protected equipment or pipeline. If it cannot be arranged close to the protected equipment, the pressure drop of the pipeline from the protected equipment nozzle to the safety valve inlet shall not exceed 3% of the constant pressure value of the valve.
3. The adjustable safety valve shall not be installed at the dead end of long horizontal pipeline to prevent solid or liquid materials from accumulating at the dead end, so as not to affect the normal operation of the safety valve.
4. The adjustable safety valve shall be installed at the place easy for maintenance and adjustment, and there shall be enough working space around.
5. For the safety valve with large diameter, the possibility of hoisting after the safety valve is disassembled shall be considered in the layout, and the suspender shall be set if necessary.
6. Long radius elbow shall be used for the inlet pipe of adjustable safety valve.
