Ball Valve for Water Plant
Introduction:
The hard-sealed ball valve is a ball valve in which the material of the valve’s sealing pair (ie, the seat sealing surface and the ball sealing surface) is matched with metal to metal; the metal seat ring is in contact with the spherical surface, and the valve seat is made by the uniform spring load acting on the seat ring.
The ring and the spherical surface form a seal; the ball and the valve seat are paired and ground, and all the sealing areas of the entire sealing surface of the ball valve are precision ground. Suitable for high temperature and high pressure water, steam, oil, coal, fibers, thick and corrosive media, and media with particles.
Features:
The valve body is precision casting valve body, secondary shot blasting treatment, fine appearance, material up to standard.
Internal CNC precision equipment processing to ensure accuracy.
The valve seat is sprayed with nickel alloy, and the hardness of the sealing surface is reliable.
Stem blowout prevention design.
Each valve body is subjected to surface pickling and passivation treatment, so that the surface of the casting is uniform and silver-white bright color, maintains metallic luster, and improves corrosion resistance.
