Introduction:
The bellows safety valve is an automatic pressure relief protection device opened by the inlet static pressure. It is one of the most important safety accessories of the pressure vessel. Its function is: when the pressure in the vessel exceeds a certain value, the valve is automatically opened by the pressure of the medium itself, and a certain amount of medium is rapidly discharged. When the pressure in the container drops to the allowable value, the valve automatically closes, making the pressure in the container always lower than the upper limit of the allowable pressure, and automatically preventing possible accidents due to overpressure. Therefore, the bellows safety valve is also called the final protection device of the pressure container.

(6) The bellows in the bellows safety valve can eliminate the influence of back pressure fluctuation on the valve performance, and can also protect the spring and other internals from the corrosion of the medium.
(7) The material selection and processing of spring and bellows shall be careful and strictly tested and inspected.
