Carbon Steel Self-operated Temperature Regulating Valve
Introduction:
The self-operated temperature regulating valve is a valve that can automatically adjust the temperature without external energy. It is suitable for various heat exchange conditions such as steam, hot water, hot oil, etc. as the medium. Widely used in heating, air conditioning, automatic temperature adjustment in domestic hot water, and automatic temperature adjustment in special working conditions, such as chemical, textile, pharmaceutical and other production projects.
Working Principle:
The self-operated temperature regulating valve realizes automatic regulation by utilizing the principles of thermal expansion of liquid and incompressibility of liquid. The liquid expansion in the temperature sensor is uniform, and its control function is proportional adjustment. When the temperature of the controlled medium changes, the volume of the temperature-sensing liquid in the sensor expands or contracts. When the temperature of the controlled medium is higher than the set value, the temperature-sensing liquid expands, pushing the valve core down to close the valve, reducing the flow of the heat medium; when the temperature of the controlled medium is lower than the set value, the temperature-sensing liquid contracts, and the return spring pushes The spool opens to increase the flow of heat medium.
Features:
It is an actuator product that uses the energy of the regulated medium itself to realize the automatic adjustment of the medium temperature without any external energy.
It has a wide temperature setting range, clear display, high precision, and is equipped with overload protection device, which is safe and reliable, so it is widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, electric power, metallurgy, food, textile, civilian buildings, hotels, The temperature of various heating, water supply, refrigeration, sterilization and disinfection equipment such as restaurants can be automatically adjusted.
