Cast Iron Wafer Butterfly Valve
Introduction:
The valve has compact structure, easy 90° rotary switch, reliable sealing and long service life. It is widely used in water supply and drainage systems such as water plants, power plants, steel mills, papermaking, chemical industry, catering and other systems as regulation and cut-off use.
Features:
1. QT450-10 ductile iron valve body, spheroidization rate is grade 3, tensile strength is 450MPa, and elongation rate is more than 10%. Under the same thickness, the tensile strength is twice that of gray ductile iron, and the applicable working pressure is higher.
2. The turbine head adopts IP65 waterproof grade turbine head, which is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
3. The wall thickness of the wall body meets the requirements, and the compressive strength is guaranteed.
4. The shaft seal is supported by 4 oil-free bearings and 3 O-ring seals, with small torque and reliable sealing.
