Cast Steel Diaphragm Valve
Introduction:
Diaphragm valve is used as a diaphragm opening and closing parts to close the flow channel, cut off the fluid, and the valve body cavity and the cover cavity separated the globe valve. Diaphragm commonly used rubber, plastic and other elastic, corrosion resistant, non-permeable materials.

Installation and Maintenance:
Before installing the diaphragm valve, carefully check whether the operating conditions of the pipeline are consistent with the specified range of use of the valve, and clean the inner cavity to prevent dirt from blocking or damaging the sealing parts.
Do not brush grease on the surface of rubber diaphragm to prevent rubber swelling and affect the service life of the diaphragm valve.
Hand wheel or transmission mechanism is not allowed to be used for lifting, and collision is strictly prohibited.
Manual operation of diaphragm valve, do not use the auxiliary lever, in case of excessive torque and damage to the driving parts or sealing parts.
Diaphragm valves should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and stacking is strictly prohibited. Both ends of the inventory diaphragm valves must be sealed, and the opening and closing parts should be in a micro open state.
