Product Description:
Ggas pressure regulating valve group is suitable for blast furnace system of iron smelting plant.
It can ensure that the furnace top pressure is stable within a certain range by adjusting the flow of gas medium.
It is installed on the clean gas pipeline after the dedusting device (wet dedusting or dry dedusting). It is also suitable for other gas medium pipeline systems that need to maintain stable production through flow and pressure regulation.
Structural Features:
Gas pressure regulating valve group is composed of electric regulating butterfly valve or hydraulic regulating valve (with 4-20mA).
In use, one electric automatic regulating butterfly valve is generally used for automatic control or hydraulic valve table control through the electric unit combination instrument, and the other two (or three) electric automatic regulating butterfly valves or hydraulic regulating valves are prepared by the valve.
The electric actuator is roughly adjusted through the manual operator control on the instrument panel to achieve the adjustment of system flow and pressure. Gas pressure regulating valve group is suitable for blast furnace system and other systems that need to maintain stable production through flow and pressure regulation.
There is no direction requirement when the valve block is installed on the horizontal pipeline, but the normally open pipe should be placed under the valve block to ensure the discharge of condensed water when the system temperature drops. When installing on a vertical pipeline, the working position of the electric actuator or hydraulic device should be considered.
