Electric Throttle Valve
Introduction:
The electric throttle valve is the main component of the tree and manifold, which is used to control the well head production. It can work at pressure levels up to 10,000 psi. There are two types of electric throttle valve: adjustable throttle valve and fixed throttle valve. The adjustable throttle valve adjusts the size of the opening area of the nozzle by turning the hand wheel to drive the stem advance and fall, so as to control and adjust the output. The fixed throttle valve can control and adjust the output by changing the size of the nozzle.

The fixed electric throttle valve cover is connected with the valve body by the oil siren, which is quick and convenient to assemble and disassemble. The stem thimble and the inner sleeve of the oil nozzle are made of special hard alloy, which is resistant to corrosion and erosion.
An open indicator with plexiglass protection is designed on the valve cover of the adjustable electric throttle valve to observe the actual area of the throttle orifice at any position of the valve stem. The counterclockwise rotation of the hand wheel is open, and the clockwise rotation is closed. The bearing parts are made of alloy steel, which has sufficient tensile strength to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the valve under rated pressure. Throttle nozzles are made of hard alloy, with good wear and erosion resistance.
