Introduction:
The valve body channel of the electric ball valve and the connecting pipe have the same diameter and form a diameter, and the medium can flow through almost without loss. Electric ball valve can be divided into soft-sealed valve seat and metal-sealed valve seat according to its sealing performance. Electric ball valves are usually used in occasions with strict sealing requirements. Features:
1. The fluid resistance is small. The electric ball valve has the smallest fluid resistance among all valves. Even the reduced diameter ball valve has a relatively small fluid resistance.
2. The electric ball valve thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve stem, which can make the valve stem operate smoothly and flexibly for a long time.
3. The valve seat has good sealing performance. The sealing ring made of elastic materials such as PTFE is easy to seal in structure, and the sealing ability of the electric ball valve increases with the increase of the medium pressure.
4. The valve stem of the electric ball valve has reliable sealing. Since the valve stem only moves in imitation rotation and does not move up and down, the packing seal of the valve stem is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing ability increases with the increase of the pressure of the medium.
5. Since PTFE and other materials have good self-lubrication, the friction loss with the ball is small, so the electric ball valve has a long service life.
6. The electric ball valve adopts a bottom-mounted valve stem and a convex step on the head of the valve stem to prevent the valve stem from being ejected. If the valve stem seal is damaged due to fire, metal contact can be formed between the convex step and the valve body to ensure the valve stem seal.
7. The electric ball valve has anti-static function: a spring is set between the ball, the valve stem and the valve body, which can export the static electricity generated during the switching process.
