Flange Full Lift Safety Valve
Introduction:
Flange full lift safety valve with wrench is applicable to equipment and pipelines with medium such as steam and air with working temperature – 196 ° C~538 ° C. A44Y spring full lift safety valve with wrench is applicable to equipment or pipelines with working temperature – 196 ° C~538 ° C for air, oil and other media as overpressure protection device. The connection flange standard PN<6.4MPa shall comply with JB/T-94 series 1. PN ≥ 6.4MPa according to JB/T-94 series 2 standard.
Installation Instructions:
1. The safety valve must be installed vertically and preferably directly on the joint of the container or pipe. The inner diameter of the joint shall not be less than the inlet diameter of the safety valve.
2. The outlet of the safety valve must be equipped with an appropriate expansion joint to prevent the thermal expansion of the discharge pipe from causing undue thermal stress to the safety valve. The inner diameter of the discharge pipe shall be larger than the valve outlet diameter, and the length shall be as short as possible to avoid turning. The weight of discharge pipe and expansion joint shall not act on the safety valve, but shall be fixed on the building. The distance between the centerline of the discharge pipe and the centerline of the valve body shall be as short as possible. Each safety valve shall be equipped with a separate discharge pipe.
3. The outlet of the muffler shall have enough area to prevent back pressure from affecting the discharge capacity of the valve.
