The floating ball valve has a simple structure and good sealing performance, but the ball bears the load of the working medium and all the loads are transferred to the outlet sealing ring. Therefore, it is necessary to consider whether the sealing ring material can withstand the working load of the ball medium. When impacted by high pressure, the ball may shift. This structure is generally used for medium and low pressure ball valves.

5. The ball valve uses a ball with a circular through hole as the opening and closing part. The ball rotates 0~90 degrees around the center of the valve stem under the drive of the valve stem to complete the opening and closing function; It has the characteristics of compact structure and fast switching. When it is rotated 90 degrees, the valve can be closed and the pipeline medium can be cut off; The diameter of the sphere channel is the same as that of the pipeline, with small flow resistance and large flow capacity; The valve rod is bottom mounted, which prevents the valve rod from penetrating and ensures the safety in use.
