Fluorine Butterfly Valve
Introduction:
The butterfly plate of fluorine lined butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipe. In the cylindrical channel of the butterfly valve body, the disc shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis with a rotation angle of 0 °~90 °. When it rotates to 90 °, the valve is fully open.
Product use:
D371F46 wafer type fluorine lined butterfly valve is applicable to aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and various organic acids, strong acids, strong oxidants of various concentrations at – 50 ℃~150 ℃. FEP is also applicable to strong alkaline organic solvents of various concentrations and other corrosive gas and liquid media pipelines.
Advantage:
As a component used to realize on-off and flow control of pipeline system, fluorine lined butterfly valve and rubber lined butterfly valve have been widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, hydropower and many other fields. In the well-known butterfly valve technology, the sealing form is mostly the sealing structure, and the sealing materials are rubber, PTFE, etc. Due to the limitation of structural characteristics, it is not suitable for high temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other industries. The existing advanced butterfly valve is a tri eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve. The valve body and valve seat are integral components, and the sealing surface layer of valve seat is welded with heat resistant and corrosion resistant alloy materials. The multi-layer soft laminated seal ring is fixed on the valve plate. Compared with the traditional butterfly valve, this butterfly valve has the advantages of high temperature resistance, easy operation, no friction when opening and closing, and compensation seal with the torque of the transmission mechanism when closing, which improves the sealing performance of the butterfly valve and extends its service life. This type of valve shall be installed horizontally in the pipeline.
