    Forged Steel Bellows Globe Valve

    Introduction:

    Forged steel bellows stop valve refers to the bellows stop valve whose valve body is made of forged steel. Forged steel bellow stop valve is mainly applicable to the pipelines of various systems in thermal power plants to cut off or connect the pipeline medium. Applicable media: water, steam and other non corrosive media. Compared with other valve products, forged steel bellows globe valves are characterized by high temperature and high pressure, and unique self sealing design. The higher the pressure, the more reliable the sealing. Due to the special performance, technical characteristics and working conditions, the products also have features that other products cannot replace. Forged steel bellows globe valves have two bonnet designs. The first is the bolted bonnet. For the valve designed in this form, the valve body and bonnet are connected by bolts and nuts, and the spiral wound gasket (made of 316 clip flexible graphite) is used for sealing. When customers have special requirements, metal rings can also be used for connection. The second design form is welded bonnet. For valves designed in this form, the valve body and bonnet are connected by threads and sealed by full welding. Full penetration connection can also be used when customers have special requirements.

    5. Durable corrugated pipe sealing design ensures zero leakage of valve rod and provides maintenance free conditions.
    6. The valve stem of the stop valve is subject to tempering and surface nitriding treatment, with good corrosion resistance and friction resistance;
    7. The valve rod lifting position indication is more intuitive.
