Forged Steel Throttle Valve

Introduction:

The valve is optimized by reference to the relevant standards. It has a novel structure and several holes of the disc are connected with the upper chamber to achieve the self-balance of the upper and lower pressure. Composite packing, reliable sealing, small friction. Seal with live seat structure. Valves can be installed in horizontal or vertical pipe. Used for petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, chemical fertilizer, electric power industry and other working conditions of the nominal pressure PN1.6 ~ 32.0MPa, working temperature -29 ~ 540℃ pipeline, cut off or connect the pipeline medium.

Working Principle:

1. The valve disc has no through hole, and the medium flows into the valve cavity from the valve disc so that the valve disc is balanced by the medium, and the opening and closing torque is small.

2, lifting valve stem structure, easy to open, good sealing.

3, F-4 composite rubber sealing ring, good sealing, and acid and alkali corrosion resistance.
