Gas Emergency Shut-off Valve
Introduction:
Product use: the gas emergency shut-off valve (normally closed type) is used with the gas monitoring instrument. When the instrument detects the leakage of combustible gas, the monitoring instrument outputs a signal, and the solenoid valve automatically closes the valve quickly to cut off the gas supply, so as to prevent the occurrence of malignant accidents in time. The valve is applicable to gas supply pipe network, gas thermal energy workshop, gas boiler and gas system of residential buildings.
Installation requirements:
1. Since the piston of the emergency shut-off valve is reset by gravity and spring, the medium flow direction is horizontal during installation, and the pull rod is vertical at the upper end. It is strictly prohibited to invert or tilt!
2. It is recommended to install a manual gate valve at the front of the emergency shut-off valve to facilitate the maintenance of the emergency shut-off valve in the future, so as not to affect the normal gas consumption.
3. Install a rainproof shed on the installation of the emergency shut-off valve to prevent the coil from being wet by water for a long time, which will affect the service life of the valve.
4. It is recommended to act once a month to keep the emergency shut-off valve in good working condition at any time.
5. Do not hit the reset lever forcefully, otherwise the valve cannot be opened and closed normally.
6. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble the emergency shut-off valve without permission, and it shall be repaired by professional gas technicians.
