Scope of Use:
It can be widely used in tap water, sewage, construction, petroleum, chemical food, medicine, textile, electric power, shipbuilding, metallurgy, energy system and other fluid pipelines as a regulating and throttling device.
Features:
Overall lagging: The gate adopts the overall quotation, and its good coverage and geometric dimensions ensure reliable sealing and long service life.
Corrosion resistance: The inner cavity is painted with non-toxic epoxy resin to prevent corrosion and rust, not only for raw drinking, but also for sewage systems.
Three “O” seals: The valve stem is sealed with three O-rings, with low friction resistance, light and light opening, and no water leakage.
Installation Matters:
1. The handwheel, handle and transmission structure of the gate valve are not allowed to be used for lifting, and collision is strictly prohibited to avoid damage;
2. The rising stem gate valve should be installed vertically, that is, the valve stem is placed in a vertical position, and the handwheel is placed at the top;
3. The rising stem gate valve with bypass valve should open the bypass valve before use;
4. The gate valve with the transmission mechanism should be installed according to the specified installation instructions;
5. If the rising stem gate valve is often used, it should be cleaned and lubricated at least once a month.
