Gate Valve for Natural Gas
Introduction:
The special gate valve for gas is a gate valve structure for controlling gas transmission. The purpose is to provide a gas gate valve that can improve the sealing performance and achieve zero leakage. The product has the advantages of simple structure, reliable sealing, small switching torque, long service life and can clean the dirt in the cavity. It is especially suitable for urban natural gas transmission pipeline with working pressure ≤ 10MPa and working temperature ≤ 120 ℃.
Structural features of product series:
The new type of main seal soft and hard double seal is adopted to increase the reliability of the seal;
The outer side of the valve seat is equipped with an O-ring seal, and the back is equipped with an elastic gasket, which ensures that the gate valve is not easy to leak on the side and bottom of the valve seat hole and realizes the double sealing of the auxiliary seal;
The surface of the ram is sprayed with corrosion-resistant iron-based alloy material or plasma nitriding layer to improve the hardness and corrosion resistance of the ram surface;
The grease injection hole is filled with sealing grease structure, which plays an emergency sealing and lubricating role, reduces the operating force, forms a protective film on the sealing surface, and protects the sealing surface from pollution accumulation or corrosion, thus improving the sealing performance of the gate valve and extending the service life of the gate valve.
