Hard Seal Butterfly Valve
Introduction:
Hard seal butterfly valve, also called flap valve, is a regulating valve with simple structure, and can also be used for switching control of low pressure pipeline medium. The hard seal butterfly valve is mainly used to cut off and throttle the pipeline. The butterfly valve opening and closing piece is a disc shaped butterfly plate, which rotates around its own axis in the valve body to achieve the purpose of opening and closing or adjustment. The hard sealing butterfly valve is applicable to the pipelines transporting various corrosive and non corrosive fluid media in the generator, gas, steam, natural gas, urban gas, cold and hot air, chemical smelting engineering and power generation environmental protection system, to regulate and cut off the flow of media. Hard seal butterfly valve can be divided into manual hard seal butterfly valve, pneumatic hard seal butterfly valve and electric hard seal butterfly valve.
Structural characteristics:
The unique design of three-way eccentric makes no friction transmission between sealing faces, which extends the service life of the valve.
The elastic seal is produced by torque.
The ingenious wedge-shaped design enables the valve to have the automatic sealing function of tightening as it closes, and there is compensation and zero leakage between sealing surfaces.
