High Pressure Bellows Needle Valve
Introduction:
Bellows needle valves have the lower end of the bellows welded to the stem to prevent process fluid erosion of the stem, and the other end placed between the body and the cover to create a static seal. With suitable materials, bellows valve can be used in high temperature 500℃ and high pressure 2500Ib (42MPa) working conditions. Usually the valve stroke is 15% of the free length of the bellows, so the bellows occupy a lot of pressure space, the manufacturing process is relatively complex, the price is expensive. But compared with the traditional packing sealed valve, the valve stem seal is more reliable, the external leakage requirements are more strict occasions
Features:
1. Dual sealing design (bellows + packing) if bellows fail, stem packing will also avoid leakage and meet international sealing standards;
2. No fluid loss, reduce energy loss, improve the safety of plant equipment;
3. Long service life, reduce the number of maintenance, reduce operating costs;
4. Durable bellows seal design, to ensure the stem zero leakage, provide no maintenance conditions;
