Working Principle:
The ball valve drives the valve shaft to rotate 90° by means of the drive mechanism. At this time, the valve disc fixed on the valve shaft rotates 90° clockwise synchronously. Rotating clockwise, the valve disc enters the valve seat. Under the action of the spring preload, the valve disc presses the valve seat to achieve a certain sealing pressure, and the valve is sealed and closed. When rotating counterclockwise, the valve flap channel and the valve body channel are gradually connected, and when rotating 90°, the valve is fully open.
Scope of application:
This series of valves are suitable for high-pressure pipeline systems in various departments such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, textile, papermaking, water conservancy, etc. At the same time, they are also suitable for the transportation and delivery of weakly corrosive fluid media such as sewage treatment, steam, air, gas, pulp and so on. Shutoff, throttling, etc.
