High Temperature Blow-down Valve
Introduction:
The blow-down valve is evolved from the gate valve, and the gear is rotated 90 degrees to drive the valve stem to lift to achieve the purpose of opening and closing. The torque is small, the operation is simple, and it is easy to realize quick opening and closing.
Features:
The fast blow-down valve is not only simple in structure and good in sealing performance, but also small in size, light in weight, less in material consumption, and small in installation size, especially the drive. The blowdown valve PN≤2.0MPa is used for regular blow-down of high-pressure boilers, and five channels can be blown down at the same time. It is also possible to discharge sewage through one channel.
Structural Features:
1. The valve body and the valve cover are connected by clamps, which are compact in structure, easy to disassemble and easy to install, and the branch pipes are welded.
2. The pressure self-tightening sealing structure is adopted, and the sealing ring is made of formed asbestos packing. The higher the medium pressure, the better the sealing performance.
3. The medium flows into the sewage from the branch pipe and discharges downward.
4. The valve disc is a piston structure and is boronized. Corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, long service life.
