High Temperature Butterfly Valve
Introduction:
The high-temperature butterfly valve is a new generation of high-temperature butterfly valve developed by introducing foreign advanced technology and combining domestic manufacturing process. High temperature butterfly valves are widely used in high temperature gas pipelines in metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, power plants, glass and other industries. As a regulating or cutting device for high temperature gas medium flow, high temperature butterfly valves can be used with various actuators to form equipment with different performance.

1. The butterfly valve has simple and compact structure, high weight, easy installation and disassembly, and convenient maintenance;
2. The butterfly valve adopts stainless steel U-shaped sealing ring, which has certain elasticity. It has excellent sealing performance with the butterfly plate no matter in high temperature or low temperature;
3. The three-dimensional eccentric distance of this butterfly valve, after strict calculation, shows that the “U” seal ring and butterfly plate have almost no friction, long service life, and the function of tightening as the valve is closed;
4. The sealing surface of butterfly plate is made of hardfacing drill base hard alloy, which is wear resistant and has a long service life;
5. The butterfly valve has a unique structure. The “switch” can be completed only by turning the valve stem 90 °. The operation is flexible, convenient, labor-saving, not affected by the medium pressure, and the sealing performance is reliable;
6. Temperature resistance, low temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
