High Temperature Discharge Valve
Introduction:
The high temperature resistant discharge valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve disc, sealing ring, valve stem, bracket, valve gland, hand wheel, flange, nut, positioning screw and other parts.
Application:
The distance between the valve seat and the end flange of the high temperature resistant discharge valve is close, the material retention is small, the structure is compact and the sealing performance is excellent. It adopts PPL or M sealing material, which is more wear-resistant and temperature-resistant. It is an ideal product for toothpaste industry and vacuum paste pot feeding.
Precautions for Maintenance and Installation:
1. The valve should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse as a whole. Stacking or open storage is strictly prohibited. Both ends of the valve diameter need to be blocked by plates.
2. Check the valve carefully before installation, and remove the damage caused by the internal transportation and storage of the valve.
3. Before installation, pay attention to whether the force of the screws on each part is balanced and whether the lifting (movement) is flexible.
4. The valve should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, and in a place where there is no damage to the valve.
5. When the discharge is blocked, you can use metal rods or hard tools to clear it. Be careful not to damage the contact surface of the valve disc and sealing ring when using metal rods or hard tools.
6. Try to avoid alternating use of acid and alkali media (except for neutralization reaction media), so as not to shorten the service life.
7. For medium performance and service life, the PTFE sealing ring on the top of the valve body and the PTFE sheet at the orifice should be checked frequently. If any damage is found, it should be replaced in time before use.
