High Temperature Steam Reducing Valve
Introduction:
High-temperature steam pressure reducing valve is used for high-temperature hot steam or high-temperature saturated steam, such as steam pipelines with a steam temperature of ≤450°C, which can reduce the steam pressure in front of the valve to the required outlet pressure and stabilize the pressure at the required. The pressure reducing valve belongs to the adjustable pilot piston pressure reducing valve.
Application:
The high-temperature steam pressure reducing valve is mainly suitable for high-temperature steam pipelines, and plays the role of reducing pressure and stabilizing pressure.
Installation Precautions:
The piping system must be flushed before installation. In order to prevent welding slag, scale and other dirt from flowing into the valve, affecting the normal operation of the valve.
This type of valve should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline. For vertically installed valves, care should be taken to keep the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline consistent with the direction of the arrow shown in the valve body.
A filter should be installed before the high-temperature steam pressure reducing valve to prevent impurities in the medium from entering the pressure reducing valve and affecting its performance.
The valve of the high temperature steam pressure reducing valve must be equipped with a safety valve to prevent damage to the system or equipment caused by the failure of the pressure reducing valve.
